Two married women, Kimmy Kimm and Scarlett Sage, see a couples therapist, Kenzie Taylor, because they both want to perform anal sex, but do not want to be the givers. This creates tension in their relationship, even though they still love each other. Kenzie, who is unhappy in her own marriage, offers a solution: a three-way relationship with her. After being convinced, the women decide to try it to save their marriage. They then have a passionate relationship, only interrupted by a phone call from Kenzie's wife. However, that doesn't stop them from continuing to have fun together.
